Bound Theatre is an independent theatre collective founded in 2011, in which I am one of the four core members. We pride ourselves in creating work that is new, accessible and relevant across generations of Singaporeans.

Growing as an artist in Bound means that I’ve been lucky to have been given the space and opportunities to try my hands at many roles. In the years that I’ve been a core member, I’ve been a producer, a playwright, a director, an actor, a facilitator, a friend. To devise together with a team over an extended period of time is to learn and relearn the different ways that people function, communicate and create. These small things sprinkle the plays itself, and it is this uniqueness that I love.
